What You Need to Know About Leading with Influence:

Public opinion polls say confidence in leadership continues to dive. Gallup continually tells us that up to 70% of the workforce is not engage in their jobs. Most of us have too much information coming our way to process details and understand perspectives. It all adds up pretty quickly to misunderstandings, lack of cooperation, and competing interests.

How do we break through the clutter and disappointment to get the right things done? We cannot control circumstances or other people. Yet we can create ripples of change that influence action and outcomes.

During this talk, Vicki explains how you can make a difference by pulling others to action without exhausting yourself. Influential leadership helps you get your vision, stakeholders, and strategy all working together with greater enthusiasm and higher performance.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
