Leadership I for Fire & EMS: Strategies for Company Success
Lindsey Volunteer Fire Department
The course encompasses techniques and approaches to problem-solving, ways ti identify and determine the needs of the company officer's subordinates, methods for running effective meetings in the fire service environment and various decision making skills for the company officer.
There are three sessions: Wednesdays, January 18 and 25th; February 1, 2017. You must attend all three.
