2014 Volunteer Sector Survey - We Want Your Input!

The Volunteer Committee of the Ohio Fire Chiefs' Association is looking for input regarding training for newly-appointed volunteer or combination department Chiefs and senior officers. Please take a moment to complete the this survey; your input is critically important to assist us in determining the needs of Ohio’s volunteer fire service. Every person who answers "YES" to Question #17 of the survey and provides the requested contact information will be entered in a drawing to win a prize pack, generously donated by some of Ohio’s fire service vendors. The prize pack includes:

• Finley Fire -Shirts and hats with their logo
• A bunker gear duffle bag from Jay Ernsberger, owner of Get Hosed Apparel; retail value of $100. This bag is unique because it is made from decommissioned fire gear.
• A Knukle Head flash light from Chris Marley of QDCIP Fire; retail value of $70
• Shamrock – Pair of Irish suspenders
• Fire Force – Pair of extrication gloves
