---CALL OUT---Fire Department Collaboration and Consolidations

Dear Ohio Fire Department Member,

I am currently completing a research project for the Ohio Fire Executive Program that explores fire department collaboration and consolidations, including fire districts. I am requesting that department representatives assist me in collecting information by clicking on the link below and filling out a short 5 minute, 18 question (or shorter depending on responses) survey. Especially important to the research are responses from those departments currently part of a fire/ambulance district or who have considered being part of a fire/ambulance district.
